Bringing music into the wider community is a passion that Callum was able to channel in their year as an Open Academy fellow and London Philharmonic Foyle Future First, and they continue to work as a support musician with orchestras including the City of London Sinfonia, London Philharmonic Orchestra and Britten Sinfonia. Work with children and young people includes workshop leading and coaching at both the National Youth Orchestra and National Children’s orchestra, as well as touring the Mishmash Summer Ensemble in 2024. To continue to working alongside friends made during their Open Academy Fellowship is a pleasure and a privilege, and Callum is excited to be a member of WhatKnot ensemble and bring The Sail many more young people!

When I’m not playing the harp I like eating good food, (preferably without having to do the cooking or washing up) and dancing 💃”
